Celebrating the life and work of MLK, we can be inspired to apply the principles of justice and consideration for "others" who look differently from ourselves. Especially please consider extending these ethics to non human animals, particularly animals used in food production. The wife and son of today's honor became vegan; they recognized the interconnectedness of violence, oppression and our food choices. As the beautiful Mrs. M. Tuttle says:
